I recently started his 90 Addicted 2 Success course where he allowed people from all over the world to speak to him as he discussed various aspects of life and your business. It was tough to wake up at 2am to do the live crossings but you can get replays from his website.
One of the parts I found the most interesting is when he got us to look at what hold us back from doing what we want to do and why we are held back by these things.
He got us to practically lists things that hold us back, write the cost that these things have on our lives/work place/business, the benefit of not being held back and what we need to do to change our attitude to these things.
